Ex-Miss California Pageant Winner, Carrie Prejean, is being asked to pay back $5200.00 to Pageant Officials for the breast augmentation that ultimately insured her victory in the swimsuit competition.

You may remember Miss Prejean for her remarks on gay marriage or her “racy” photos that leaked the Internet or how she wooed the Trump to reclaim her throne as Miss USA.

According to the cross-complaint made by the production company, Miss Prejean “had heeded the guidance of the Gospel of John, who admonished only those who are without sin to cast stones in judgment, she might have avoided this legal battle…”
